Sustainability Management
In June 2022, Hoshizaki established the Sustainability Committee to enhance governance, risk management, indicators and targets, and strategies related to the Group’s sustainability initiatives, including social and environmental actions. The Committee works closely with the Board of Directors to optimize collaboration, discussions, and reporting.
Materiality (Key Issues)
To realize our corporate purpose, the Hoshizaki Group reviews medium- and long-term changes in the business environment and identifies key risks and opportunities. Through this process, we define our “Ideal Long-term Vision” to ensure sustainable growth.
Stakeholder Engagement
The Hoshizaki Group’s main stakeholders include customers, shareholders and investors, business partners, employees, and local communities—those directly or indirectly connected to our operations. We actively seek dialogue with stakeholders to reflect their perspectives in our management and decision-making.
